There are so many variations for a black & white wedding theme. The theme could be romantic, classic or modern depending on the elements you bring to the table.

The inspiration for this black & white wedding table were simple embellishments found at K-mart, sweet black & white daisies. The theme was reflected through the spots and circles on the sashes, centrepieces, tea lights and flower shapes.

Generally I do not recommend black napkins on a black table cloth, it normally “disappears” but I wanted to highlight the simple, sweet white gerbera.

Polka dot sashes are fun! Yes they can be overwhelming, but when alternated with a plain sash around a table, it gives that element of fun without overkill.

Menus, place cards. bombonieres all play a part in dressing the table. Black organza bags filled with silver éclairs and finished with a small daisy, made a very inexpensive bomboniere for less than $1.00

If you are looking for a little height on the table without being too obtrusive, bookmark place cards in wine glasses are perfect.

In the past 12 years of wedding decorating we have seen many styles of black and white, and believe that black and white wedding themes will always remain a popular choice.
